KOL Radar is a self-service data-intelligence platform. It indexes public metadata and shows you algorithmic best-guess estimates. It is not advice.

Independently built and maintained. Not a company, not a broker, not an agent. Access is invitation-only and can be granted or revoked at any time.

Non-exclusive and uniform. Multiple subscribers — including competitors — may access the identical Platform on identical terms. Your subscription creates no exclusivity, first-refusal, or preferential-access right.

Metrics are directional estimates from public signals. Verify anything important yourself and take independent professional advice. Any decision you make is on you.

The Platform is provided as-is. No warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.

The platform, founder(s) and team are not liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages of any kind — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, lost goodwill, loss of competitive advantage, business interruption, or lost data — arising from or related to use of the platform, even if advised such damages were possible.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including partial use, cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the service.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your breach of any third-party obligation (including any exclusivity, non-compete, or confidentiality obligation you owe), and any decision you take on the basis of our outputs.

We can suspend or revoke your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

We may update these Terms; the Effective date at the top will change. Continued use means you accept the updates.
